ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th Respondents to consider the petitioner representations dated 17.11.2025 and 20.1.2026 and to publish the outcome of the interview held on 30.10.2025 and to make appointment to the post of Labour MMU Driver under NMH Scheme within a time as may be fixed by this honbel Court Award Costs.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was working as Driver under Janani Sisu Suraksha Kariyakram. Subsequent to the notification issued in the year 2023, the petitioner applied for the post of Labour MMU driver under NHM scheme and participated in the interview and no appointment was made till date. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials

available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2025 and 20.01.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
