O R D E R

When the matter was called for forenoon, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, it was passed over. During the post-lunch session once again the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that notices have been ordered in the Writ Appeal

filed by the respondent as against the order in the Writ Petition and the notice on the counsel is to be served shortly.

3. Since the matter is seized of by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies after the disposal of the Writ Appeal. No costs.
