This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned charge memo dated 17.02.2022.

2. Ms.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is listed for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has cancelled the impugned charge memo, vide letter dated 21.03.2022 and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. The above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
