Today the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that at Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 05.07.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.7603 of 2022 the name of the petitioner i.e., Prakash Babu has been wrongly mentioned as Ramesh Babu.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction at Paragraph No.2 of the order and reissue fresh copy forthwith.
