ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 06.10.2010 made in W.P.No.22261 of 2009 has not been complied with, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports no instructions. It is submitted that the petitioner has taken the bundle.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the encroachers have filed writ petitions before this Court, which were admitted and pending for interim orders. It is also submitted that suits have also been filed in this regard by some of them. 4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
