The petitioner seeks for the following relief: To direct the respondents to declare the result of Tender No.06175016 for the "Printing and Supply of Southern Zone Public Time Table - 2017 Issue English 1,03,800 copies Southern Zone Public Time Tabl3 2017 Issue Hindi 1,390 copies, total 1,05,190 copies the complete specification, Scope of Work Time Schedule as per enclosure".

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent developments namely that the subject matter Tender itself was lodged followed by issuing a fresh Tender notification on 10.10.2017. Therefore, he submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by both parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
