O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the respondents dated 20.02.2020 and 26.02.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue at Ariyalur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, at this length of time, nothing survives in this petition, however seeks for a liberty to consider the petitioner's request to continue in the present post.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner's request for continuing in the present post, based on its own merits. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
