ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent not to mutate the patta pertaining to the subject property in view of the pendency of the suit in OS No.48 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thirukazhugundram.

Heard Mr.S.A.S.Alaudeen, learned counsel for the petitioner and

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

In the considered view of this Court, the representation made by the petitioner is on the apprehension that an attempt may be made by some person to submit an application before the 3 rd respondent and seek for mutation of revenue records and according to the petitioner, a suit is already pending touching upon the suit property. Hence, as and when any representation / application is made before the 3 rd respondent, the objection made by the petitioner shall be considered before passing final orders. 4.
