ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to survey the land comprised in S.Nos.96/3, 5, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 at Madhavacherry Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2.Ms.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 16.04.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
