[Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN , J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner / appellant in S.C.No.407 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai dated 01.02.2020 and grant him bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
