ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the detenu, petitioner's son Arun, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that his son Arun, aged about 22 years, went missing from 07.03.2022 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today K.Suresh (Mobile No.99445 00310), Police Constable 583, Coonoor Town Police Station, is present. He produced the petitioner and the detenu Arun before this Court. 4.

When enquired by us, Arun stated that he had come to Chennai seeking for a job, but, had not informed the same to his father, petitioner herein, which had resulted his father going to the police station and filing the present habeas corpus petition.

Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
