This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent herein to give police protection while surveying the petitioner's property measuring an extent of 2 cents comprised in the survey No.49/1 and 52/1B situate in Melakottaiyur Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpatu District. 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 18.11.2023 in CSR.No.432 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition and it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Civil Court and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
