(CRIME NO.606/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.678/2022 vide order dated 12/01/2022 in Cr.No.606/2021 on the file of respondent Police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJA RAVI VARMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.678 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation.
