J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Court dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the appellant has failed to produce the original Title documents and certified copy of the DTCP approval, in compliance with Rule 55-A of the Registration Rules.

In the absence of original, the guidelines issued under proviso clause are to be adopted. The appellant has filed an affidavit stating that he will produce a certified copy of the DTCP approval before the Registering Officer for verification.

In view of the fact that the appellant undertakes that he will produce the original Title Deeds and certified copy of the DTCP approval, no further adjudication is required. On such production, the Registering Officer shall verify the same and proceed with the registration by following the procedures.

With these observations, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
