Heard Mr.R.Srinivasalu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. On account of herculean effort of the learned Additional Advocate General, at last the respondents have fully understood the direction issued in the writ petition and issued the "No Objection Certificate" in proper form, copy of which has been given to the counsel for the petitioner, who satisfied that "No Objection Certificate" is in proper form.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
