Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.

2. On a perusal of the impugned circular/guidelines and taking note of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the impugned circular/guidelines were issued at the stage when the Motor Vehicles(Amendment) Bill, 2017 was pending before the Parliament of India.

3. It is noticed that the Scheme for setting up of Driving Training Centres (DTC) was to be in force only upto 31.03.2020. It is further noticed that a new bill was introduced in the Parliament of India, to amend the Act, and the Act has also amended in 2018. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
