ORDER

In view of the nature of relief that is granted, this writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself without notice to the private respondents 2 and 3.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is that the petitioner had made a representation to the first respondent to cancel the recognition of the second respondent as the Apartment owners Association on the grounds that the petitioner is only the association of the owners and has been performing the task. Now, suddenly the respondents 2 and 3 are claiming to be the Apartment Owners Association.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that already the representation dated 04.01.2025 made by the petitioner is taken up for enquiry and the same is forwarded to the second respondent and their explanation is called for. They will complete the enquiry and pass orders in 2/4

accordance with law.

4. Recording the above submission and directing the first respondent to complete the said enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for this certified copy of the order, this writ petition is disposed of.
