Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 3 to 6 from implementing the works without preparing a suitable village action plan based on the actual requirements and needs of the habitation in the Udayanatham Village Panchayat, T.Palur Panchayat Union, Ariyalur District and consequently directing the respondents to implement the works in JJM Scheme strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.111 dated 16.06.2020 by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents 3 to 6 from implementing the works without preparing a
suitable village action plan based on the actual requirements and needs of the habitation in the Udayanatham Village Panchayat, T.Palur Panchayat Union, Ariyalur District and consequently directing the respondents to implement the works in JJM Scheme strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.111 dated 16.06.2020 by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, entire work has been completed by the respondents without following the guidelines issued by the Government of Tamil nadu.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in this regard and take appropriate action as against the erred officials as expeditiously as possible.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
