PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 09.1.2020 thereby directing to issue patta with regard to the petitioner's property situated at Door No.4/846, Roja Street, Medavakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District (now situated at Chengalpattu) bearing S.No.415/23 for an extent of 2176 Sq.Ft. in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER

I have heard Mr.R.Bhagawat Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider her representation to grant patta.

3. Unless and until the petitioner produces patta issued to her predecessors in title as well as title deeds and parent documents, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, at this juncture, while declining to grant the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to produce all the documents by filing a fresh application before the third respondent in full form and if the same is done, the third respondent shall consider the petitioner's request on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.
