Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner's company for doing its business activities pursuant to the valid certificate, permit and licence granted by the competent authorities which are in force till date.
