..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the 3rd respondent vide A.Thi.Mu.No.99/Aa2/2021 dated 26/02/2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction incentive increments to the petitioner for M.A.(Economics) degree with effect from date of passing M.A. (Economics) with all attendant benefits and privileges.
