(2)Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow all the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. (3)Hence, C.M.P.Nos.5785, 5788 & 5791 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.64 of 2021 are ordered.
