O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property belonging to the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner on 23.12.2024.

2. Heard Ms.V.Karthigaipriya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. On going through the materials, it is seen that the petitioner is claiming right and title over the property in Survey No.167/1A6 as per the sale deed dated 27.03.2001. However, the representation made by the petitioner and the relief sought for in the present writ petition pertains to the property in Survey No.167/8B. Hence, there is a discrepancy in the survey number.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh OnLine application to the respondent by giving the correct survey number and provide necessary details and on 2/4

receipt of the same, the respondent shall take a decision regarding conducting survey in the property within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of OnLine application from the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 04.03.2025 Index: Yes/no Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order gm To The Tahsildar Thandarampattu Taluk Thiruvannamalai District 3/4
