Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in the above bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.6711 of 2017 dated 07.04.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. P.MUTHUKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No.6711 of 2017 dated 07.04.2017.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, condition is modified and the petitioner shall furnish two title deeds as security to the tune of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.17 of 2017 before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
