This Petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners / proposed appellants 2 to 5 being the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant P.Moorthy, as appellants 2 to 5, in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side, this petition is allowed.
