the willful disobedience to and non compliance of the order of this Court in WP.Nos.11398/1996 dated 03.02.2007 ; 22915/2014 and 22911/2014 dated 25.08.2014 respectively.

Mr.A.Kumar COMMON ORDER The petitioners, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.Nos.11398/1996 dated 03.02.2007 ; 22915/2014 and 22911/2014 dated 25.08.2014 respectively, came forward to file the present contempt petitions.

It is represented that the orders, which are the subject matter of contempt petitions, have been complied with vide proceedings of the 1st respondent in G.O.[D} No.792, Health and Family Welfare [AB1] Department dated 05.04.2017. It is also brought to the knowledge of this Court that connected contempt petitions in Cont.P.Nos.389, 390, 403, 405, 421 and 770/2013 have also been disposed of by taking note of the said Government Order. He has also produced a copy of the said communication, which is taken on file and record.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, the contempt petitions are closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved and if they are so advised, they are always at liberty to challenge the said Government Oder in accordance with law before the Competent Forum.
