ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a
direction against the first respondent to correct an error in the pay drawn bill of the petitioner and to pay a sum of Rs.33,027/-. The petitioner had given a representation on 16.11.2024.
2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. This court could not know what is the correct pay structure of the petitioner and also the error which had crept in. These are the issues beyond the scope of examination by this court. Only the respondents would have to examine those facts. The petitioner has now retired from service and seeks that the error should be corrected.
4. The first respondent may examine the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Four months time is granted to complete such exercise.
