Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

M/s United India Insurance Company Limited, being aggrieved by the impugned award dated 13.7.2011 passed in M.C.O.P.No.262 of 2009 awarding a sum of Rs.1,88,000/- in favour of the injured, has filed two civil miscellaneous petitions, namely, C.M.P.No.13975 of 2016 to condone the delay of 1189 days in re-presenting the appeal and C.M.P.No.13976 of 2016 to condone the delay of 1204 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1600/-. It appears that after the award, when the insurance company has committed a huge delay of 1189 days in re-presenting the appeal and 1204 days in paying the deficit Court fee, this Court is not able to find any justification for condoning any of the delays. Accordingly, both the civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. C.M.A.No.SR17745 of 2013 stands rejected.
