ORDER

The petitioner who is working as a Block Level Coordinator on consolidated pay of Rs.8,000/- per month, has filed this Writ Petition seeking to enhance the pay from Rs.8,000/- to Rs.15,000/- taking into consideration of the enhanced pay granted in the neighbouring Districts.

2. In this regard, the 4th respondent has issued a proceedings dated 11.09.2023 in Lr.Rc.No.33032/2021/SBM (G)-1, for enhancing the pay more than what was paid to the petitioner. In compliance to the above proceedings, the District Collectors have implemented the same by passing orders to raise the pay of the petitioner.

3. Since, the petitioner has got her remedy in view of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.02.2024 Index: Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order vum To:
