O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to take the complaint dated 21.10.2020 lodged by the petitioner, on file, register FIR and investigate the case and submit the final report 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.10.2020, enquiry has been conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, SP Office Complex, Krishnagiri District and the same has been closed on 20.03.2022.

3.In view of the above, direction is issued to the third respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
