(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This Court by order dated 21.02.2018 directed the Family Court to dispose of the matter by the end of June 2018. However, such order could not be complied with and therefore, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai by communication dated 31.05.2019 sought for extension of time on the ground that the parties are dragging on the proceedings by filing application after application. Moreover, he has given the details of various hearing dates. From the above it is clear that the parties have filed many applications and they also filed CRP(PD).No.3097 of 2018 and obtained stay order from this Court. The said CRP was also dismissed on 27.03.2019. Pursuant to the dismissal of the CRP only, the matter is proceeded and therefore, time is extended to dispose of O.P. No.

366 of 2016 on or before 30.09.2019. The parties are directed to cooperate with the trial Court and not to file any application with an intention to drag on the proceedings. If any of the parties file applications unnecessarily, the Family Court is at liberty to bring it to the notice of this Court about the dilatory tactics adopted by the parties. Call the matter on 01.10.2019, for reporting compliance.
