This miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner as a legal heir of the deceased petitioner in W.P.No.37592 of 2005.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Mr.K.Magesh, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the petitioner died on 08.08.2010 and the copies of the death certificate and legal heir certificate were filed before this Court. He further submitted that he has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4.Considering the above submission, this petition is allowed accordingly.
