Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of operation on the impugned order of the second respondent vide R.No.11454/E4/2012 dated Nil.12.2016 with reference to demand of tax and penalty upon the interstate stage carriage permit of the petitioner on the route Bangalore to Thali,(in WMP No.2148 of 2017) pending disposal of the present writ petition 2168/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOVINDRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of the court made the following order:- It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the conditional order of stay granted by this Court on 31/01/2017 has been complied with. Hence, interim stay is made absolute.
