O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the issues between the parties have already been settled. Consequently, the workman was reinstated and working. However, the deposit made by the writ petitioner at the time of admission of the writ petition is to be disbursed.

2. This being the factum, the writ petitioner Corporation is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited and if any such application is filed, the Labour Court is directed to permit the writ petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the fact that the other issues are settled between the parties, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
