ORDER

The petitioner/party-in-person would submit that despite the criminal case has ended in compromise through the Lok Adalat Award dated 08.10.2016 and that it was also brought to the knowledge of the respondent, the order of suspension passed against him, has not been revoked.

Mr.I.Arockiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent / contemnor produced G.O.Ms.No.101, Higher Education [F2] Department dated 26.04.2017, in and by which, the order of suspension passed against the petitioner / party-in-person, has been revoked with immediate effect and the same is taken on file and recorded.

In the light of the revocation of the order of suspension, the said Department is directed to confer the consequential and other benefits to the petitioner / partyin-person in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner / party-in-person. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
