Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.AMBAL VANNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25205 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021 to comply with the conditions before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition (a) of the order in Crl.OP.No.25205 of 2021 has been complied with. For compliance of the condition (b) i.e., to report before the respondent police on every Sunday, the petitioner submits that due to ill-health, he could not able to comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks exemption for non-compliance of the said condition and to extend time to comply with the above said condition in future.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., commencing from 02.04.2022. -sd/- 29/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
