Crl.O.P.No.5104 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioner is arrayed as A3 in P.R.C.No.73 of 2017 now pending before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, seeks bail. 2.Originally, Crime No.2810 of 2014 had been registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 341, 326, 307, 506(ii), 120(b) r/w 149 IPC.

3.As against the petitioner, Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 01.07.2022 and it was executed only on 30.01.2024. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner owing to alcohol intoxication was suffering from Jaundice and was not able to go to Court.

5.It is seen that even against A5, Non Bailable Warrnat was pending and A5 has subsequently surrendered before the Court and he had been remanded to judicial custody. Now all the five accused are available. P.R.C is of the year 2017.

6.The learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, if all other formalities will be completed, may commit the case to the Court of Sessions. At that stage, the application seeking bail can be considered and not at this stage.
