The prayer sought for in this transfer petition is to transfer O.P.No.138 of 2021 on the file of the learned Family Court at Chengalpet to the Court of learned Sub-Judge at Alandur, Chennai.

2. Since both the Courts are falling under the administrative control of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Principal District Judge for transfer of the case.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
