ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 7(1)(a) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2005 in Crime No.114 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. These petitioners have celebrated birthday of their friend by cutting cake with long sword and causing nuisance to the public by singing song. The said video of the illegal act of the petitioners has gone viral and the police has registered a case in Crime No.114 of 2022. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed on 11.03.2022 and there is no change in the circumstances.

3. However the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since some of the co-accused are granted anticipatory bail, there is change in circumstances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
