Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner/Appellant /Accused No.2 that he should appear before the Trial Court once in a month in Crl.M.P.No.18486 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.873 of 2019 in order dated 12.12.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.V.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18486 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.873 of 2019 dated 12.12.2019. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once three months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at 10.30. am without fail due to pandemic situation. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
