This petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1292 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) by way of title deed in his name in para 5(b) of the order. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall not deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of title deed in 1/3

his name and the petitioner shall only deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No. 80 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ponneri, Thiruvallur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount by filing an undertaking affidavit.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 1292 of 2022 vide order dated 27.01.2022 shall remain unalterted.
