(DELIVERED BY R.SUDHAKAR, J.) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction on the respondents to secure the detenue, Jyoti Singh, aged 19 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the matter has been settled through mediation and, therefore, he is not pressing this petition. An endorsement has also been made to the said effect on the bundle. Recording the said endorsement, this petition is closed.
