ORDER

This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.32846 of 2016, by order dated 20.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2000 seeking promotion as Lecturer with effect from 27.11.2000 and to fix the seniority on part with his juniors with all benefits, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 20.09.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
