ORDER
This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court.

Though the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed by my learned predecessor, Hon'ble Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira, this petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31787 of 2024 on 04.03.2025.

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS in Crime No.700 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 4.
The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused colluded with each other and committed theft of Radio Remote Unit (RRU) in the mobile towers for their personal gain. Page No.2 of 5

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegations are false and that in any case custodial interrogation is not required and prayed for anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner.

The earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court on 29.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1747 of 2025 by making following observations:
"Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has got ten previous cases which are similar in nature pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

This Court finds no change in circumstances and is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
