This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the above C.M.A.

2. Ms.A.Salomi, learned counsel takes notice for the 5th respondent and submitted that she has no objections in allowing the above application.

3. Though notice was served on the respondents 1 to 4 and 6, none had entered appearance on their behalf before this Court.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
