(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal concerned. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.

2. As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Consequently, the connected WMPs are also dismissed.
