This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 25.02.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4924 of 2025. However in the order copy, the sections have been wrongly mentioned as 115(2), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 324(4), 333, 351(3) of BNS [ Section 323, 324, 147, 148, 294(b), 427, 452, 506(ii) of IPC] instead of 115(2), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 324(4), 333, 351(3) of BNS [ Section 323, 324, 147, 148, 294(b), 427, 452, 506(ii) of IPC] read with Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Further, two weeks time is extended for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
