ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing respondents to comply with the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Puducherry in Crl.MP.No.743 of 2024 by crediting the amount of Rs.9,65,073/- (Rupees nine lakh sixty five thousand and seventy three only) in the A/C.No.623301116357 IFSC ICICI006233 of the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The Chief Judicial Magistrate at Puducherry in Crl.MP.No.743 of 2024, directed to transfer a sum of Rs.9,65,073/- (Rupees nine lakh sixty five thousand and seventy three only) to the account of the petitioner. Thereafter, the first respondent also requested the second respondent to comply with the order. However, so far, the second respondent did not comply with the same and it is pending.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to comply

with the order passed in Crl.MP.No.743 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Puducherry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
