2.M/s.Sree Vidhya takes notice for the insurance company. She has no objection to the delay being condoned and accordingly the delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant will not be entitled to the interest for the delay period ie.

for 250 days.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of M/s.Sree Vidhya when the matter is listed for admission.
