ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the first respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2024 made in WP.No.23010 of 2024 on the file of this Court, thereby the first respondent had been directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2024 and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent produced letter dated 02.07.2025 of Namakkal Corporation and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.23010 of 2024 dated 13.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 02.07.2025.
